Beta V0.99 is now released with a bunch of play screen fixes and other random stuff.
If you get this error message, just run load locale after the upgrade and it should fix it:
<Game> %% Game Announcement: Oops! Something's wrong with one of the language files. Please inform the admins: /home/ares/aresmush/plugins/weather/locales/locale_en.yml.
