Maximum Upload Limit?

Would it be possible to have a maximum size per character for uploads? Or a maximum number of files they can upload? Like “you can have 200 MB” or “you can have 10 pictures.”

Alternatively, a “max size per file” to encourage people to resize/recompress before they upload, so at least every image isn’t gigantic.

The pic-spam is real.

There is a max size per file config option in website.yml

I’ll consider making a per char limit as well thanks
