Collapsing OOC Messages

Is there a way to collapse OOC messages in scenes so that a single line of text isn’t taking up 8-10 lines of screen space? At the very least, some way to effecitvely go from the left side of this image to the right side?

It’s just really hard to keep up with things when you’re trying to pay attention to more things happening around you than just the one scene in one of 30+ tabs across 3 monitors.

Individual games can adjust the formatting of OOC poses somewhat with custom CSS, but they are fundamentally still treated like poses. They’ll always have the character icon and such around them. I sympathize with the frustration, but protracted or rapid-fire OOC spam in the middle of a scene has always been jarring, web portal or not.
