We can rename all the attributes and skills…is there any way we could rename Luck to better fit a theme using FS3 or a variant there of?

Unfortunately, no. Luck is a core concept in FS3 in the same way that you can’t easily rename “Attributes” to “Traits” or whatever. The name “luck” impacts help files, command names, etc. so it’s not something I can make configurable even if I wanted to.
That said, you can certainly customize your code to change it if you really wanted. You’d just have to find all the places it’s used.
