Possible Chat/OOC Room Bug

@JinxLuckless noticed that the OOC Room is echoing to the chat channel weirdly.

Just using say Whatever hits the channel strangely. Could be an us-thing, but I can’t think of anything I’ve done with channels or the OOC room, so just in case…

[Chat] Diana (@JinxLuckless) says, "Diana (@JinxLuckless) says, "Take care!""
[Chat] Diana (@JinxLuckless) says, "Diana (@JinxLuckless) says, "And rest well. :)""
[Chat] KarmaBum (@KarmaBum) says, "KarmaBum (@KarmaBum) tests..."
[Chat] KarmaBum (@KarmaBum) says, "KarmaBum (@KarmaBum) says, "Tests...""

Just in case it matters, I was using ‘ooc message’ rather than ‘say message,’ so both may be bugged.
